My account → Download my data exports your profiles, fiches and reduced images from both test and production. Store the JSON file carefully; downloaded copies are outside Lomelio’s control.
Delete
Delete one fiche from My listings, or confirm Delete all to clear the currently selected space. My account → Delete my account asks you to verify your identity again and deletes both spaces, contacts, presets and Lomelio sign-in identity. It does not delete your Google account. Do not close the page until completion is confirmed; contact support if deletion remains pending.
Earlier device data
The account screen detects older local fiches and offers a separate device backup. Clearing browser site data removes these older local records, but does not remove cloud records. Account deletion does not remove old copies on other devices, original photos, exports or TikTok products.
Correction and assistance
Reuse a fiche to create a corrected version; review its price, quantity, legal contacts and actual parcel. Removing a saved contact does not change its historical copies inside fiches. Contact ymeghzifene@hotmail.com for help or rights requests.
